DEPOSED EX President Robert Mugabe meets National People’s Party leader Joice Mujuru at Blue roof mansion and apologises for hounding her out from office as Vice president of Zimbabwe and Zanu Pf in 2014
Gift nyandoro, who is the former president Robert Mugabe’s deputy, Joyce Mujuru’s spokeman has confirmed that on Tuesday, Mugabe invited Joyce Mujuru to his Blue roof Mansion in Borrowdale Brooke where he apologised for firing her as his deputy in both the Zimbabwe government and the ruling Zanu-PF after the ruling party’s annual December conference in 2014.
Mugabe alleged that the new Zimbabwe president Emmerson Mnangagwa and his deputy, the vice president Constantino Chiwenga, for being the behind the reason for him tormenting her and apologised for all that happened to her.
Mugabe told Mujuru, “I was misinformed and I decided to call you so that I can say I’m sorry, my daughter, we were misled. I have come to know that all the people who were fighting you are Mnangagwa and Chiwenga. It was a grand plan to get to me and not yourself.”
The two, Mnangagwa and Chiwenga accused Mujuru of massive corruption, and trying to kill Mugabe using assassins and supernatural powers but she was never arrested.
According to Mujuru’s spokeman, Mujuru then told Mugabe that: ‘Baba (father), I told you that I had nothing against you. All these people were fighting me simply because they wanted to expose you and get rid of you, but I long forgave you..’More news to follow, By Sibusiso Ngwenya
