The Zimbabwe National Road Authority (Zinara) will fund the tarring of  Vice-President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s Sherwood Precab farm road in  Kwekwe at a cost of US$20 million in a climate where the people of Zimbabwe are faced with unemployment of over 90%, little or no service delivery in Roads and transport, health care, education, housing, electricity and water supply.
