HAS CHAMISA SOLD A PEOPLE’S OPPORTUNITY TO BE FREE OF ZANU PF by campaigning during a restricted period by holding a press conference in the afternoon of 29 July which was in breach of Para 7 of the 4th Schedule of the Electoral Act [Chapter 2:13]

Previously, MDC T under Tsvangirai, withdrew MPs from parliament who had left the MDC during the GNU of 2008 to 2013, arguing that they got those priviledged positions on account of the fact that they were MDC T officials.
 
The result was a subsequent Zanu pf majority in parliament and they could chop and change laws as they pleased. We all saw the suffering that brought to us the people of Zimbabwet
 
WWW.NEWZIMBABWEVISION.COM is informed that opposition presidential candidate Nelson Chamisa is no longer eligible to be part of a runoff election in the event that one is required after the 30 July voting according to Presidential spokesperson George Charamb, who tweeted that Chamisa had disqualified himself by campaigning during a restricted period by holding a press conference in the afternoon of 29 July which was in breach of Para 7 of the 4th Schedule of the Electoral Act [Chapter 2:13] which effectively renders him ineligible for a run-off
 
If in today’s vote, no candidate secures +50% of vote, I can’t see ZEC conducting a run-off if Chamisa is one of the 2 leading candidates. This is thanks to his breach of Para 7 of the 4th Schedule of the Electoral Act [Chapter 2:13] which effectively renders him ineligible for a run-off. It is also interesting to note that president Emmerson Mnangagwa also sent out a video de-campaigning Chamisa with accusations of working with deposed former president Robert Mugabe, meaning we could be on the verge of a new president less Mugabe, Mnangagwa and Chamisa from the over 120 opposition leaders,…Interesting!
